Not every therapy journey looks the same. Some people arrive ready for momentum and direction. Others are seeking space to process, pause, and grow. At Evolution Counseling, I offer two distinct therapy paths—Reflect and Realign—to support you based on where you are right now.
Each track offers a different rhythm, tone, and structure. Here’s how to tell which one might be the right fit for you.
Reflect: Spacious, Ongoing Support
The Reflect track is designed for thoughtful, open-ended therapy. It’s a slower, more spacious cadence—ideal for clients who want to step back, tune in, and explore without a tight timeline.
You might prefer Reflect if:
- You’re navigating ongoing life transitions or stress
- You want a consistent space to think, feel, and grow
- You’ve done therapy before and are ready for deeper insight
- You prefer biweekly sessions and time to integrate between
Reflect allows for emotional processing, self-inquiry, and growth that unfolds over time.

Realign: Focused, Short-Term Clarity
The Realign track offers structure and momentum. It’s designed as a 10–12 session short-term therapy process for clients who want to actively re-center or reset direction in life.
You might choose Realign if:
- You feel off track or stuck in a pattern you’re ready to shift
- You’re looking for a focused container to sort through a life decision
- You want tools for emotional intelligence and values-based living
- You prefer weekly sessions and a sense of movement and structure
Realign includes intentional work with emotion regulation, clarity-building, and aligning your choices with your values.

What If I’m Dealing With PTSD?
If you’re experiencing symptoms of post-traumatic stress—especially tied to a specific trauma or event—you may be better supported by the Reset track.
Reset is a structured, research-based PTSD Intensive using Written Exposure Therapy, designed to bring relief in 6–8 sessions.

Still Unsure? That’s Okay.
If you’re drawn to therapy but unsure where to start, that’s completely normal. Many clients begin with a free consultation to talk through options and get a sense of what might feel right.
You can explore all three therapy paths—Reflect, Realign, and Reset—or apply for a free consult if you’re ready to take the next step.
