A Reset You Can Feel
This doesn’t have to take years.
If you’ve been carrying trauma for a long time, it makes sense that you’d want relief that works. Let’s talk and see if this approach feels like a fit for you.
Still carrying what happened?
If you’re always on alert, avoiding reminders, or just pushing through like nothing happened—this might be PTSD. And you’re not alone.
Written Exposure Therapy is an evidence-based protocol that helps people reclaim their lives after trauma. It’s simple, effective, and focused on what matters most: relief that lasts.
Can I really get through this in 6–8 sessions?
Yes—most people do. This is a structured, short-term therapy track designed to be completed within 6–8 sessions, depending on your history and what’s uncovered in the intake.
- 6 sessions: Intake + 5 Written Exposure Therapy (WET) sessions
- 7 sessions: Intake + 1 session to clarify which trauma to focus on + 5 WET sessions
- 8 sessions: Intake + clarification session + 5 WET sessions + 1 review/transition session
We meet twice per week for steady support and momentum. This track is designed to reduce avoidance, guilt, and hypervigilance—and help you reclaim your energy faster than most people think possible.
If you’ve been living with trauma for a long time, you may not need long-term therapy—just the right kind of support.
This approach is structured, research-backed, and doesn’t ask you to open up forever. It’s designed to help you move forward in just a few focused weeks.
Who It’s For
This program is ideal for adults in Oklahoma who’ve experienced trauma and want results without years of therapy. It’s especially helpful if you:
- Have a PTSD diagnosis—or suspect you might
- Are noticing that your reactions—anger, withdrawal, shutdown—are affecting the people around you
- Want a focused approach to help shift how you think, feel, or relate to the people who matter most
Not sure if you meet criteria? That’s okay. I’ll help you figure out what fits best during your consult.
Why I Offer This
I’ve spent over a decade working with trauma survivors—and as someone who has lived in Oklahoma for decades, I’ve seen how much collective trauma shapes our communities. From the Oklahoma City bombing to devastating tornadoes, many people carry both personal and shared wounds.
Written Exposure Therapy is the most effective, sustainable model I’ve seen—and I’ve trained in many of them in my 16 years as a therapist.
Most clients are surprised by how much shifts in just a few sessions. Many say they feel calmer, more in control, and more present in their lives.

Questions About This Track
Why Do You Care About Serving Military & Frontline Populations?
Over time, I’ve developed a deep respect for those who’ve served—especially military veterans and frontline responders. While working at my last agency, I saw firsthand how limited access can be to the therapies we know are effective, even when they’re developed for or by the VA.
I don’t believe it should be this hard for people who’ve served to access care that helps restore their nervous systems, their clarity, and their connection to others. My services alone won’t fix that gap, but I know I’m offering something that works. When people do get access to this level of focused, evidence-based support, the shifts can be profound.
Is This Only for Military or Frontline Folks?
Not at all. While I care deeply about increasing access for those who’ve served—especially where trauma work has historically been limited—this Reset track is designed for any adult carrying the weight of past trauma.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a specific background—just a readiness to explore short-term, research-backed care with structure and support.
Many of my military clients have described the process as “surprising”—not because it was easy, but because it worked in ways they didn’t expect. That feedback is common, whether trauma comes from deployment, a toxic relationship, or years of survival mode.
Does This Work with the VA?
Written Exposure Therapy (WET) was developed in part through the VA and is used in many VA settings. If you’re eligible for care through the VA, you’re welcome to ask whether WET is available to you there—it should be.
Unfortunately, many veterans report they haven’t been offered WET or have had trouble accessing it. What I’m offering here is a private-pay option for those who want more flexibility, privacy, or faster access. I truly believe more people should know about this approach—wherever they receive care.
Is This Covered by Insurance?
I am a private-pay provider, which means I am not in-network with any insurance plans. Payment is made directly, and I do not bill insurance companies on your behalf.
Many people choose private pay because of the added privacy and control. When insurance is not involved, no personal health information—like a mental health diagnosis—is submitted to an insurance company. You decide what’s shared and with whom.
If using insurance is your priority, you may be able to find an in-network provider who offers Written Exposure Therapy (WET). I believe more people should know about this option—wherever they receive it.
Do I Have to See You to Get This Kind of Therapy?
No—Written Exposure Therapy (WET) is available from other providers, especially those trained through the VA or academic settings. But not every therapist offering trauma support is trained in WET, and not everyone who is trained delivers it the same way.
The difference in working with me is that I’ve intentionally designed this track to be clear, focused, and delivered in full within a 3–4 week window. I won’t mix and match methods or water down the model—I respect the structure of WET and the research that backs it.
I also won’t promise something I can’t deliver. I’ve seen what happens when systems say they offer specific trauma treatments but then assign clients to providers who aren’t trained in them. That’s not how I operate.
I’ve trained in many evidence-based trauma approaches over the last 16 years, and WET has consistently stood out—not just in theory, but in the real-life results I see with clients. If this approach is a fit for you, I’ll bring my full presence and expertise to walk you through it step by step.
