A Reset You Can Feel
Short-term, structured trauma recovery—meeting twice a week.
Still carrying what happened?
If you’re always on alert, avoiding reminders, or just pushing through like nothing happened—this might be PTSD. And you’re not alone.

Written Exposure Therapy is an evidence-based protocol designed to help trauma stop running your life—so you can feel steadier, clearer, and more like yourself again.
Can I really get through this in 6–8 sessions?
Yes—most people do.
Most clients complete the program in 6–8 sessions, with a structure designed to move you safely and efficiently through the work—without unnecessary detours.
Why it works:
-
Regain a sense of control
-
Reclaim energy and focus
-
Move forward without the trauma running the show
Session count may vary slightly depending on your history.

If you’ve been living with trauma for a long time, you may not need long-term therapy—just the right kind of support.
This approach is structured, research-backed, and doesn’t ask you to open up forever. It’s designed to help you move forward in just a few focused weeks.
Who It’s For
This program is ideal for adults in Oklahoma who’ve experienced trauma and prefer a structured, goal-oriented approach rather than open-ended therapy. It’s especially helpful if you:
- Have a PTSD diagnosis—or suspect you might
- Are noticing that your reactions—anger, withdrawal, shutdown—are affecting the people around you
- Want a focused approach to help shift how you think, feel, or relate to the people who matter most
Not sure if you meet criteria? That’s okay. I’ll help you figure out what fits best during your consult.

Why I Offer This
I’ve trained in many evidence-based trauma approaches over the last 16 years, and Written Exposure Therapy has consistently stood out—not just in theory, but in the real-life results I see with clients.
It’s the short-term model I trust most for focused PTSD recovery because it’s structured, research-backed, and designed to work efficiently without requiring years of open-ended therapy.
If this approach is a fit for you, I’ll bring my full presence and expertise to guide you through it step by step. If, during assessment, WET isn’t the right fit for your history or timing, we’ll talk through other appropriate options.

Let’s talk about whether this approach is the right fit for you.
How This Track Is Held
I intentionally hold a limited number of openings each month for this work so clients can move through it without long waits or long gaps between sessions.
Written Exposure Therapy is designed to be done with consistency and focus. When clients begin this track, we plan for steady attendance and a clear timeline, so the work can unfold as intended.
Questions About This Track
Is This Only for Military or Frontline Folks?
No. While I care deeply about improving access for military and frontline populations—especially where effective trauma treatment has historically been limited—this track is designed for any adult carrying the effects of trauma.
Clients come to this work with many different histories, including deployment, accidents, toxic relationships, childhood experiences, or years spent in survival mode. You don’t need a specific background or a formal diagnosis—just a readiness to engage in short-term, structured, research-backed care.
Does This Work with the VA?
The VA does not reimburse or authorize therapy with me. If you’re seeking VA-funded care, you’ll need to work directly through the VA.
Written Exposure Therapy (WET) is offered within some VA programs, so if you have VA benefits, you’re welcome to check with the VA about whether that option is available to you through their system. Approval, access, and wait times are determined by the VA.
Some clients choose to work with me privately when they want faster access, more flexibility, or a clearly structured short-term track without navigating a larger system.
Is This Covered by Insurance?
I’m a private-pay provider. Many clients choose this option because it offers a higher level of privacy—what you share in therapy isn’t automatically shared with insurance companies, the VA, or other healthcare systems unless you choose to disclose it.
This allows clients to focus on the work itself without worrying about how records might be used later.
Do I Have to See You to Get This Kind of Therapy?
No—Written Exposure Therapy (WET) is available through other providers, particularly in VA and academic settings. Not every therapist offering trauma treatment is trained in WET, and not everyone who is trained delivers it the same way.
What’s different here is that I’ve intentionally designed this track to be clear, focused, and delivered in full within a 3–4 week window. I don’t mix methods or dilute the model. I respect the structure of WET and the research that supports it, and I deliver it consistently and intentionally.
If this approach is a fit, I’ll guide you through it step by step.
