Everyone experiences turbulence.
Inner turbulence: anxiety, confusion, a racing mind.
Outer turbulence: circumstances that derail, a life shift that pulls the rug out from under you.
It sucks. And I get it.
I’ve had turbulent times, too—childhood trauma, divorce, coming out of the closet. My own path led me to create boundaries, practice self-care, and do the hard work of healing. I’ve found tools, acceptance, and strength for the hard seasons.
And I know this: with support and steadiness, the inner turbulence can settle. It can lose its power.
This is where I come in.
I’ll offer tools that help you process and move forward.
I’ll help you get unstuck.
You deserve a space to just be real. A space that’s not crowded by anyone else’s expectations, opinions, or agendas.
A judgment free zone.
That’s what you get with me:
A space to BE—and to feel heard, understood, and accepted.
I won’t try to fix or change you.
If you’re seeking change, I’ll offer tools, insight, and feedback along the way—so you can work toward what matters most to you.
Some clients come in knowing they want a structured plan with measurable change.
Others are looking for a spacious place to process what’s unfolding.
Whether you need short-term, evidence-based therapy or something more open and reflective, I offer both—with curiosity, care, and flexibility to match your needs.
