Hi, I’m Christa—therapist, trauma survivor, and human doing the work alongside you.
Everyone experiences turbulence.
Sometimes it’s inner: anxiety, confusion, a racing mind.
Sometimes it’s outer: a life shift, a major loss, or circumstances that pull the rug out from under you.
Either way—it’s overwhelming. And I get it.
I’ve had turbulent times too—childhood trauma, divorce, coming out. My own path led me to create boundaries, practice self-care, and do the hard work of healing. Over time, I found tools, strength, and space to breathe again.
And I know this: with the right support, the inner turbulence can settle. It can lose its power.
This is where I come in.
With steady support and the right tools, therapy can help you move through what feels stuck—and toward what matters most to you.
You deserve a space that’s free from judgment—a place where you can be real, be heard, and breathe a little easier.
That’s what you get with me:
A space to BE—and to feel heard, understood, and accepted.
A Note About My Approach
I won’t try to fix or change you.
If you’re seeking change, I’ll offer tools, insight, and feedback along the way—so you can work toward what matters most to you.
My office is located in the historic Paramount Building in downtown OKC—three blocks from the Devon Tower.

Some clients come in knowing they want a structured plan with measurable change.
Others are looking for a spacious place to process what’s unfolding.
I offer both. Whether you’re seeking short-term, evidence-based therapy or something more open and reflective, we’ll find the pace and approach that fits—together.
