Hi, I’m Christa—
a therapist offering thoughtful, grounded support for adults navigating complex seasons of life.
Holding space is what I do best—so you can slow down, find clarity, and move forward with intention.
Who I Work With
I work with thoughtful professionals and creatives committed to ongoing growth and alignment, offering a space to reflect, recalibrate, and integrate insight into their busy lives.
Finding Steady Ground
Therapy can offer a space that’s free from judgment—a place where you can be real, be heard, and breathe a little easier. With steady support and the right tools, it becomes possible to move through what feels stuck and toward what matters most.
Experience & Style
Over the past 16 years, I’ve supported adults navigating complex life transitions, trauma, substance use recovery, and family dynamics—drawing from experience in clinical supervision, community programs, and mental health education.
Earlier in my career, I worked in leadership and supervisory roles, but I’ve consistently chosen to return to one-on-one work—where depth, presence, and relationship matter most to me.

Some clients come seeking a structured, time-limited approach; others are drawn to ongoing, reflective work that unfolds over time. I offer both—clearly and intentionally—so we can choose the pace and structure that truly fits your needs.
If this feels like the right fit, I’d be honored to work alongside you.
A Note About My Approach
I won’t try to fix or change you.
If you’re seeking change, I’ll offer tools, insight, and feedback—while respecting your autonomy and role in the process.
Location
My office is located in Film Row, within downtown Oklahoma City’s West Village District. This walkable area is home to a mix of professional offices, apartments, and creative spaces, and is easily accessible from the Devon Tower and surrounding downtown buildings.
The office itself is on the third floor of the historic Paramount Building, offering a quiet, low-traffic setting that feels tucked away while still being centrally located.
The space is designed to feel calm, private, and grounded—an intentional setting for thoughtful, in-person therapy.
