Hi, I’m Christa—therapist, trauma survivor, and human doing the work alongside you.

Everyone experiences turbulence.
Sometimes it’s inner—anxiety, confusion, a racing mind. Sometimes it’s outer—a life shift, a major loss, or circumstances that pull the rug out from under you. Either way—it’s overwhelming. And I get it.
I’ve had turbulent times too—childhood trauma, divorce, coming out. My own path led me to create boundaries, practice self-care, and do the hard work of healing. Over time, I found tools, strength, and space to breathe again.
I work with thoughtful professionals and creatives committed to ongoing growth and alignment, offering a space to reflect, recalibrate, and integrate insight into their busy lives.
And I know this: with the right support, the inner turbulence can settle. It can lose its power.
This is where I come in. With steady support and the right tools, therapy can help you move through what feels stuck—and toward what matters most to you. You deserve a space that’s free from judgment—a place where you can be real, be heard, and breathe a little easier. That’s what you get with me: a space to BE—and to feel heard, understood, and accepted.

A Note About My Approach
I won’t try to fix or change you.
If you’re seeking change, I’ll offer tools, insight, and feedback along the way—so you can work toward what matters most to you.
My office is located in the historic Paramount Building in downtown OKC—three blocks from the Devon Tower.

Over the years, I’ve supported people navigating complex challenges—life transitions, trauma, substance use, and family dynamics—and have supervised other clinicians and taught mental health first aid. That experience informs a grounded, reflective, and attuned approach for clients seeking insight and growth.
Some clients come seeking a structured plan; others are drawn to an open, reflective space to explore patterns, notice themselves, and integrate sustainable self-care between sessions. I offer both. Whether you’re seeking short-term, evidence-based therapy or ongoing, reflective work, we’ll find the pace and approach that fits—together.
