Hi, I’m Christa—therapist, trauma survivor, and human doing the work alongside you.

When Life Gets Turbulent
Everyone experiences turbulence. Sometimes it’s inner—anxiety, confusion, a racing mind. Sometimes it’s outer—a life shift, a major loss, or circumstances that pull the rug out from under you. Either way—it’s overwhelming. And I get it.
My Own Path to Calm
I’ve had turbulent times too—childhood trauma, divorce, coming out. My own path led me to create boundaries, practice self-care, and do the hard work of healing. Over time, I found tools, strength, and space to breathe again.
With the right support, inner turbulence can settle — and lose its power.
Who I Work With
I work with thoughtful professionals and creatives committed to ongoing growth and alignment, offering a space to reflect, recalibrate, and integrate insight into their busy lives.
Finding Steady Ground
With steady support and the right tools, therapy can help you move through what feels stuck—and toward what matters most to you.
What Therapy Can Offer
You deserve a space that’s free from judgment—a place where you can be real, be heard, and breathe a little easier. That’s what you get with me: space to BE — to feel heard, understood, and accepted.
A Note About My Approach
I won’t try to fix or change you.
If you’re seeking change, I’ll offer tools, insight, and feedback along the way—so you can work toward what matters most to you.
Location
My office is located in the historic Paramount Building in downtown OKC—three blocks from the Devon Tower.

Experience & Style
Over the years, I’ve supported people navigating complex life transitions, trauma, substance use recovery, and family dynamics—drawing from experience in clinical supervision, community programs, and mental health education.
Some clients come seeking a structured plan; others are drawn to an open, reflective space to explore patterns, notice themselves, and integrate sustainable self-care between sessions. I offer both. Whether you’re seeking short-term, evidence-based therapy or ongoing, reflective work, we’ll find the pace and approach that fits—together.
